The American model will have three rows of seating and room for up to seven passengers, which is different from the two-row European version. The ID. Buzz will be available in three trims: Pro S, Pro S Plus, and a launch-only 1st Edition.
The 2025 Volkswagen ID.Buzz Design
Retro-inspired design meets modern VW style on the ID. Buzz. You’ll be able to express yourself with a range of interior and exterior color combinations that pay homage to the classic two-tone Microbus. LED lights and a sleeker silhouette bring a more futuristic look.
With three rows that offer six and seven-seat configurations, it’s spacious enough to fit the entire family–and then some.
The ID. Buzz is about the same length and width as the Volkswagen Atlas Cross Sport. It’s roughly 195” long, 78” wide, and 75” tall.
The 2025 Volkswagen ID. Buzz Battery and Range
The 2025 ID. Buzz will be equipped with a 91 kWh battery and AWD and FWD models will be available. Depending on the model you choose, you’ll have a 231-234-mile driving range.
The base model features a single, rear-mounted electric motor that provides 282 horsepower. The AWD model has a dual-moto and generates 335 horsepower.
2025 VW ID. Buzz Trim Levels and Pricing
This electric van will come standard with 20-inch wheels, ambient interior lighting with 30 selectable colors, a 12.3-inch infotainment touchscreen, and a suite of driver-assistance tech that includes a self-parking function.
Pro S
The base model ID. Buzz Pro S starts at $59,995 MSRP. This is a rear-wheel-drive-only model that offers a second-row bench seat to accommodate up to seven passengers.
Pro S Plus
Building from the Pro S model, Pro S Plus pricing starts at $63,495 MSRP for RWD and $67,995 for 4Motion AWD.
Launch-Only 1st Edition
The launch-only 1st Edition starts at $65,495 MSRP for RWD and $69,995 MSRP for 4Motion AWD.
