Matt was absolutely awesome and did an excellent job representing Hoover. He gave me a much-needed tutorial on how to used the features in my Atlas. I thought that was above and beyond and absolutely appreciated his commitment to ensuring that I had the best customer experience. The text messaging status updates were very effective.
