The lady working the desk in the service dept is a really good individual and was a joy to interact with while I was at this dealership for some routine service work I thought was needed. Not only did she explain exerting she also helped me throughout the entire process. Great customer service

I'd like to start by saying thank you overall. However the more I look back at the deal, I think for a 2024 - base model, seems I definitely woefully overpaid for it. I know I came in with some negative equity but I still feel that perhaps this was a rush job. I don't think the guys felt that they had enough time to find exactly what I wanted. In my initial text to john, I mentioned that I wanted a car with a roof. Over and over the team playing that there were no cars available with roots- however I do thank John for finding terms that I like. I reached back to John to see if there was something we could do in regards to flipping or trading this vehicle out for one with similar terms [but with the equipment that I prefer]. This is hard to imagine there are no vehicles available with the package and I want along with the terms that I want. At any rate, it's been almost a week and I haven't heard back anything. The one thing that did raise a red flag was that the initial car that they packaged for me- to my surprise until I drove it off the lot- had a *check engine* light ON. I immediately returned back to the dealership having only driven out of the lot, up the street, you turn, a second you turn, and back to the dealership. Briefly the team was saying “This kind of thing happens all the time” - I was not about to pay $38k for a supposed brand new car and take it home with a check engine light - just have to bring it back the next day for the “shop to fix”. On top of not getting a car with any equipment, that assertion was insulting…. BEST part: The guys were polite and professional. If there's anything we can do to perhaps flip this one out for a car of my preference, I would really appreciate it and will come to the table ready to close! I've already paid $1500 [at the time of my deal]... I had a 755 credit score. I hope that will help us get somewhere soon. I've been driving the car sparingly in hopes that we may be able to work something out. Thank you!

Overall, I was not satisfied with the service experience. While Edgar was polite and helpful during our interactions, several issues left me frustrated and concerned about the quality and communication of the service provided. • I did not receive a sticker indicating the next oil change due date, and the oil change notification on my dashboard was never reset, so it still says an oil change is needed. • Edgar mentioned the windshield wipers were reset, but they continue to activate even when I hit minor bumps in the road, which is very aggravating and suggests the issue wasn’t properly addressed. • I’ve consistently experienced issues with noisy brakes on my VW. Even though I’ve been told they “check out fine,” they continue to make excessive noise, which is frustrating and makes me question their performance and safety. • I dropped my car off on Monday and was told it would be ready by Wednesday, but I wasn’t able to pick it up until Thursday. Edgar was off that day, and even though he said he left a note for someone else to follow up, no one called me to provide an update. This experience left me questioning whether all the work was actually completed, and overall, I feel more could have been done to ensure proper communication, follow-through, and service quality.
