I scheduled an oil change appointment for 10:30am, only to sit there for 2.5 hrs and no oil change and was told that there were 2 cars in front of my car. But when I got there at 10:30, I was told that there was 1 car ahead of me. Worst customer service ever!!!!

My visit was just to have a new key programmed. I was fortunate enough that I was able to be worked in the same day. I called to inquire about having the key programmed at 11AM and was able to get an appointment for 2PM. The service advisor informed me of two recalls and asked if I would like to go ahead and get those taken care of. One of the recalls was not completed but it was due to some software issues and was not the advisors fault nor the technician. I was satisfied that one was knocked out while I was already there.

A.J. was a pure pleasure to work with. He returned my call quickly with an offer of a vehicle that I found to be a great value. (several other dealers did not return the call or offered overly expensive options without following my request). A.J. then set up an appointment for me to see the vehicle and discuss. I arrived about six hours too early and he accommodated me very well. He answered questions and walked me through all the paperwork while ensuring I was comfortable, had a nice workspace and plug for my computer. On the test drive, the vehicle broke down. A.J. managed to get it working just well enough to get us back despite repeated stallings. He then arranged for the vehicle to be repaired and called me every day to update me. I found him to be very detail oriented and that he wanted to ensure I was taken care of. The car drives and looks very nice, and I am grateful and hope to work with him again some time if I get another Volkswagen. Thank you! Jack Hill
