I was visiting from out of state for Christmas and had the 12v battery died in my ID.4 and left me stranded at night on 12-26. I had the car towed to Hoover VW and Friday morning 12-27 they diagnosed the problem and sent an employee to another local dealer to get the battery that they did not have in stock. The installed the battery on Saturday 12-28 and by noon I was on my way back home in Alabama. My hat is off to Hoover VW and the way they handled my problem on this holiday weekend. Thanks again to Hoover VW.
