    Took longer than expected. I called to check on my vehicle status and was put on hold. Then I was told that they couldn’t determine the current status and that I would have to wait until my service advisor returned and he could give me a call. This seems to be the typical service from my past few visits.

    The salesman Sir Hill went above a beyond bc of my work schedule 6 days a week 10-12 hr days i couldnt get up there but he took initiative figured out every option available even was willing to bring cars up to my work or home to look at he made it possible that all i had to do was drive up confirm which one sign and drive all in a few hrs they had everything scheduled ready for me to walk in boom bam done new car

    Knowing your product is half the battle, which I didnt feel my sales person fully got understood based on the questions I was asking and the responses I got in some cases. Ex, hey does these mirrors fold in automatically, was told yes just to notice they don’t during one of my visits ,hey does this have navigation built in, I see some with it, “yea the SE with tech comes with it”. Hey does these buttons under the information system light up, “yes you just have to program it”. lol since when do you have to program regular lights to come on. ANYTHING was said to make the sale, if it was not for my research for the last 3 months and after meeting the sales guy before purchasing I would’ve felt a little deceived. Was told so many features needed activated by the dealership, however I activated those same features 2 mins through the self enrolled app. Three days later, my wife had a problem with the auto start. Went to the dealership, spoke to Waymon and the service team, oh we know what’s happening it’s just disconnecting from the remote, just needs to be reprogrammed. However, we can’t get you in till next week Saturday(a week later). I understand busy, but this is a brand new car, this is somewhat a priority customer to start the relationship on a good foot. When I got home I decided to just test my own theory which is hit the lock button then auto start, haven’t had a starting problem since. It was some other things that came up, but not touching them all. Moral is , do YOUR HOMEWORK. These guys are just hear to make a sale and collect a bonus check. The lack of knowledge in basic areas and the customer service side took it from a great experience to subpar at best. Typically after your purchase your sales person would walk you out do a final walkthrough with you, answer any last minute questions, show you any set ups etc. Naw I had to go get mine, and all that he kept saying was “yea I need to set that up on my end” Which is a inaccurate. Once you download the app, you can do it all in 2 mins or less.

    Poor communication and poor expectation setting. Oil change warning was on when I dropped off the car and when I picked it up. No communication on anything found or not found from the 20K mileage check up. It doesn't appear that they did the oil change.
