Well my experience at this VW was mostly bad until I met Drika. She always goes above and beyond. She updates me intermittently while I'm waiting so I don't feel like I'm just sitting there without information. My visit before this my car was going to be there for a while and she pushed to get her bosses I think car so I could go do my daily errands after I explained I had alot to do that day and also I'm primary for my kids and had no one to pick them up if I was held up. She actually listens to me I felt heard and seen for the very first time at that company. She is a great asset to this company and she is the reason I continue to get my servicing there.

Waymon is the best, and amazing! He asked all the right questions and took the time to find out what I was looking for in a car. He showed me multiple options, was thoughtful and allowed me to feel comfortable with the purchase. I was able to drive the car around for a period of time and really made sure it was the car I wanted before locking me into a major purchase.
