I had a recall done on my car. It was a software update. It took from 8:00am until 4:30 pm. (this was expected) The Dealer was as efficient as possible, however in my opinion they were not given enough information from VW on what they were doing. Also, VW apparently is too tight lipped on the development of their EVs. Blaming VW and not the Dealer.
