Came in for oil change 9:30 and had additional work done. Two hours added on. I left at 2. No car wash done. Spent my day at the auto shop. I Didn't expect to take that long.

Brought the car in for the 10K service. I asked for the air pressure to be checked, an air hose cap replaced and to have the car washed. None of these things were done. The one hour service took 2.5 hours and Hoover VW does not provide a shuttle or loaner car. Otherwise, the staff there was nice.
