    Trellis was amazing, she said she could work a deal and she did. When we were ready to go she said no way, I told you to come back after work and I will not waste your time and she was right. John was amazing as well. The whole team did everything they could to make sure we were taken care of and happy and we are. I love my new car.

    Your staff is friendly and professional. However, this is the second time I’ve been in your dealership for service and had to come back because a light indicator is going off after having service on that particular part of the car. This time I came in and had filters changed and my coolant system flushed. As soon as I got in the car, the light was on, and it was beeping. They took the car back to flush the lines for some air pocket. However, the very next day on my way to work same thing happened. I was too far from the dealership so I went to the closest Volkswagen near me in Alpharetta where I work. They told me that my coolant was low and they topped it off so that I could get to Your dealership since the work was done by Hoover. Please note that I had to leave my job twice once to get someone to check it who was near me and left early to come to your dealership. I knew I was unable to come to your dealership on Wednesday or Thursday because I’m traveling . However,the only thing you guys told me was that you were sorry. But I spent my time and took off from my job and canceled meetings in order for me to get to your dealership. I expected better service from your establishment. Not once did anyone ask me how can we fix this. I was just told sorry new technician and First time he’s done that job. Do you not have quality control or someone who checks behind new technicians? Again, I expected better service.
